What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at Tesco Properties, Inc.?
BASIC FUNCTION:Responsible for the cleaning of all common areas to include grounds, walkways, hallways, laundries, party and recreation rooms, models, office buildings, and storage areas.
RESPONSIBLE TO: Manager
TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Takes garbage out daily to the dumpster including recyclables
2. Mops common areas daily, including public restrooms and laundry room
3. Cleans all windows and glass doors on ground level
4. Cleans and prepares vacated apartments after maintenance is done
5. Helps maintenance if needed of disposing garbage from move outs
6. Requisitions necessary supplies, cleans and organizes custodial storage areas.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
