How you'll help the formula:
- Repair and maintain adhesive perpetration, coating and converting equipment.
- Responding to machine breakdown calls and repair using mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Executing preventative maintenance plans.
- Completing work order requests for improvements and non-breakdown repairs.
- Build relationships with operators and other plant staff in order to improve plant safety, quality and performance.
- Complete work order requests for improvements and non-breakdown repairs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key elements for your role:
- High school diploma or GED; secondary education in a skilled trades curriculum preferred.
- 5 years experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read blue prints, wiring diagrams and pneumatic diagrams.
- Ability to fabricate using: saws, drills, mills, lathes and welding equipment.
- Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems.
- Strong customer service and ability to work with a team.
- Ability to use computers, tablets and Microsoft products.
- Ability to log in to Allen Bradley PLCs with Studio 5000 software to troubleshoot preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
