Summary – We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll handle multi-state tax compliance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and assist with asset management. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate reporting, timely payments, and compliance across our nationwide operations.
Department: Finance
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer billings, cash receipts, and collections
- Review vendor invoices and process payments
Qualifications - To perform the job successfully, an individual should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- Technical Skills:
- Solid knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office
- Oral and Written Communication
- Sage experience is a plus
