Key Responsibilities
- Define and leadbrand strategy and positioningacross all channels
- Ownlicensing strategy and partnerships(sports, entertainment, IP)
- Drivedigital, social, and eCommerce growth(DTC Amazon)
- Leadinnovation and category management, including SKU strategy and pricing architecture
- Partner with Sales to expanddistribution and key accounts
- Align with Operations and Supply Chain ondemand planning and S&OP discipline

Required Experience
- Proven senior leadership experience inconsumer goods / lifestyle brands
- Strong track record ofdriving profitable growth and brand relevance
- Experience acrossdigital, retail, and wholesale channels
- Background inlicensing and partnershipspreferred
- Demonstrated ability to leadinnovation and product strategy
- High-energy, collaborative leader with strong executive presence
