Sr. Corporate Paralegal

Salary Range

$105,067.18 - $131,333.98 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)

Serve as the operational and strategic backbone of the Legal Department, acting as a force multiplier for the General Counsel and attorneys. Operate as the central coordination hub for legal matters globally, ensuring operational discipline, strategic visibility, and seamless execution across U.S. and international stakeholders.

Support implementation of the Legal Department annual strategic plan; track and report on departmental KPIs, metrics, and risk dashboards; coordinate cross‑functional initiatives such as process improvement, compliance harmonization, knowledge management, and legal technology adoption; support alignment with parent‑company governance and reporting expectations; and prepare executive‑level summaries and briefing materials.

Requires operational rigor and strong process discipline; systems thinking and process‑architecture capability; calm and sound judgment under pressure; collaborative and culturally fluent approach; high discretion and executive maturity; trusted gatekeeper and coordinator for legal operations.

1. Manage the administration of the contract lifecycle system and the intake and routing of contracts, execution of contracts, organization and storage of contracts, and management of deadlines for contract renewals/expirations
2. Review drafts of various agreements as directed by attorneys and obtain feedback on draft agreements from stakeholders
3. Assist in the preparation of standard contracts and participate in the contract negotiation process as directed by attorneys
4. Correspond and act as liaison to outside parties and internal clients as required
5. Understand complex business-related legal and IP documents
6. Support counsel with trademark management, litigation, and other legal matters and maintain document organization and repository
7. Maintain corporate governance database and manage annual filings and corporate administrative matters
8. Perform departmental project management duties including preparation of meetings, tracking departmental projects and goals, and supporting the efficient management of the law department
9. Handle confidential information professionally and consistently with legal and ethical policies
10. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Minimum eight (8) to twelve plus (12 ) years of progressively complex corporate, finance, HR, or legal support experience
3. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
4. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and business driven approach
5. Acute attention to detail, excellent organizational and project coordination
6. Motivated self-starter who exercises high level of discretion and business judgement to complete tasks
7. Proficiency with MS Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook software, Adobe, OneDrive, expense database and contract management database and AI applications

Desired Qualifications

1. Ability to build relationships throughout the company to become a resource for the Legal Department and internal clients
2. Works independently with minimal supervision and uses discretion and judgment to organize workload to meet established priorities.
3. Consistent learner who seeks out new information and understands the implications for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
4. ABA Accredited Paralegal Certificate or equivalent practice experience in the corporate governance of a medical device company
5. Experience working in multinational or cross‑border environments
