Teruko Weinberg, Inc., job recruitment agency, is looking to hire for the following Japanese Bilingual Recruiter position for its team in Torrance, CA:

Duties for Japanese Bilingual Recruiter
1. Client Development:
- Conduct targeted marketing calls to potential clients to introduce our services and secure job orders and agreements
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into active job orders.
- Work independently to build rapport with clients and introduce candidates which match their positions and future goals while making recommendations and providing advice for their search.
- Build up client base independently in order to have a list of active clients and jobs.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Reach out to candidates to gauge their current employment status and interest in new opportunities.
- Screen new candidates in order to determine their experience and skills and prepare notes for future introductions.
- Work independently to build rapport with candidates and introduce positions which align with their goals and needs and make recommendations and provide advice for their search.
3. Recruitment:
- Introduce client positions to candidates and gauge interest and suitability.
- Introduce candidate profiles to clients based on candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate and communicate with both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process in order to ensure smooth interview process for both parties.
- Coordinate and negotiate with both parties as needed once an offer is made, and work to meet an acceptable outcome.
4. Reporting:
- Track and report on key metrics related to candidate placements, client interactions, and marketing efforts.
- Maintain and update data for both clients and candidates on company Bullhorn system.
- Maintain and share information following team protocols using reports, Microsoft Teams, etc.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other recruiters to understand job requirements and client needs.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas for improving processes and enhancing client and candidate experiences.
6. Other:
- Other related duties assigned
Requirements for Japanese Bilingual Recruiter
- 4 year degree or have equivalent of related business experience
- Due to the unique nature of the company’s business environment, fully and efficiently bi-lingual (written and spoken) in Japanese and English preferred
- Communicate and present over the telephone, via electronic communication (web/email) as well as in person.
- Work in cooperative team environment that is fast paced and with rigorous demands
- Customer service experience in a similarly situated Japanese/American company in the placement or consulting business sector
