Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Ensure all company policies and health/safety procedures are followed.
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing staff.
- Handle cash management, reconcile drawers, and make deposits.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with management and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or shift lead role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service–focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in roles such as Shift Lead, Shift Supervisor, or Assistant Manager with brands like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Panera Bread, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger, or Starbucks is highly desirable.
