HVAC Service Dispatcher

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed

We are currently seeking an HVAC Service Dispatcher to join our growing office team. What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with scheduling service appointments

• Support daily scheduling and dispatch coordination

• Communicate appointment updates clearly with customers

• Maintain accurate customer records and service information

• Schedule return visits and support follow-up communication

• Help manage maintenance agreements and service reminders

• Learn HVAC service processes, terminology, and scheduling systems

• Support office operations while delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic computer skills and comfort with learning scheduling software

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Administrative, customer service, call center, or scheduling experience is a plus

• HVAC or dispatch experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
