Collision Center Manager

Terry's Body Shop is looking for an experienced auto body manager to join our awesome team. This role position will be responsible for day-to-day operations and estimating and perfect for someone that is self-motivated with a positive attitude and takes pride in their work. Terry's Body Shop has served Taylor and the surrounding areas since 1990 with a strong reputation for quality and service. We are a locally owned and operated shop that continues to grow (where other shops have not) by focusing on our customers and our employees.

Duties

• Manage daily operations of the collision center, including estimating, scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation to maximize productivity.
• Supervise and mentor technicians and support staff to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Oversee vehicle repairs from initial assessment through completion, ensuring repairs meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters, customers, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and timely repairs.
• Conduct quality control inspections on completed work to guarantee high standards of auto body repair and auto restoration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment by implementing best practices for heavy lifting and tool usage.

Skills

• Advance understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, insurance companies, and team members seamlessly.
• Ability to lead a small team effectively
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
