\$1250/80 hours yearly for continuing education

• In-house monthly trainings **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide evidence-based treatment, intervention, and prevention services to, sexual offenders, domestic batterers, their families, and the community. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
• Master\'s degree required in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• Current professional license in the State of Idaho (LPC, LMSW).
• Ability to be certified by oversight agencies (SOMB, ICODVVA, etc.)
• Work experience or specialized training in the sexual, familial abuse, or domestic violence fields.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule including a minimum of two evenings per week.
• Ability to transport self to Ada and Canyon offices, as required by
  
  

Program Manager **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

• Valid LCSW or LCPC or equivalent license in the state of Idaho.
• Good speech and oral presentation skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing services within a grant or \"soft money\"
  
  

funded programs.

• Familiarity with EHR database programs, email, Excel, and Word. .
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system process, agencies, and systems theory.
• Advanced training and experience in the field of trauma and abuse.
