We are seeking people compassionate people, who want to make a difference in our community. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Provides medical case management in collaboration with multi-disciplinary treatment team members, under the supervision of the Housing Services Supervisor. **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- One year work experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Two or more years\' experience in the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.
- Knowledge of computer and email systems, as well as EMR.
- Knowledge of community resources.
- Familiarity with State of Idaho Health & Welfare Mental Health system.
