Part Time Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

I am seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The primary schedule for this position will be Thursdays and Fridays, with occasional opportunities to fill in on other weekdays when another team member is out of the office.

This role is mainly a support position designed to assist during our busiest days. Responsibilities would include taking payments, making simple policy changes, answering customer questions, and providing general office support as needed. The hours for this position are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services. The best CSR's are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer feedback is priceless and these CSR's can gather that for you. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high customer satisfaction. Looking to fill a position quickly.

Responsibilities

- Receive phone calls and walk-in clients

- This is an in person, in office position. No working from home availability.

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- High School degree

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
