We are seeking a Billing Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Billing on a daily basis in QuickBooks
  • Manage status of all accounts and balances
  • Reconciliation of all reports and investigate any discrepancies
  • Process any refusals for delivery
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Constant communication with AR and HR

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration/Expert in QuickBooks
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Time management is key
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
