The RoleAs the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the "engine room" of our online strategy. Working directly under the Marketing Manager, you will execute multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and agent support. This isn't just a behind-the-scenes role—you will be a vital resource for our agents, helping them master their personal branding in a digital-first market.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Execution: Build and deploy high-performing email marketing campaigns and automated workflows for both company-wide initiatives and individual property promotions.
- Social Media Management: Manage the daily posting schedule across all corporate platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok). Monitor engagement and stay ahead of real estate social trends.
- Website & Design: Perform routine maintenance on the company website. Assist in designing landing pages and digital assets that align with our premium brand identity.
- Videography & Content: Capture and edit high-quality video content, including agent interviews, community spotlights, and monthly market updates.
- Ads & Targeting: Execute paid digital advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on sophisticated GEO-fencing and demographic targeting to reach specific buyer/seller pools.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and blog posts for local search rankings. Monitor analytics to provide monthly reports on ROI and traffic trends.
- Agent Empowerment: Conduct one-on-one or group training sessions to help agents optimize their social media profiles, use company tools, and improve their online reputation.
- Experience: 5 years of professional digital marketing experience (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
- Technical Suite: Proficiency in CANVA, Meta, email platforms (TRIBUS and G-Suite), and Website CMS (WordPress/WIX).
- Analytical Mind: Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO keyword strategy.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex digital concepts to agents with varying levels of tech-savviness.
