Description:
The Bartender will extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that will be provided to each of our guests. The bartender is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain and attract new guests. They are responsible for knowing and suggestively selling the menu to guests, a full understanding of operational standards, policies and procedures. It is important that the Bartender can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional guest service
- Responsible for overall Guest satisfaction.
- Focusing on overall Guest Experience and ensures every guest receives a personalized experience that caters to their needs
- Ensuring all food and beverage is prepared to standard before served to guests
- Responsible to meet all Health Department and Alcohol Awareness regulations and maintain standards
- Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description
Qualifications:
Required
- Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
- Ability to obtain and maintain food handlers certification card and alcohol awareness certification
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must strive for 100% customer satisfaction
