Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Louisville, KY, for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves delivering specialized therapy to adults with varying cognitive and physical challenges at their respective Adult Day Training Centers or during outpatient therapy sessions at our Louisville locations. Responsibilities include evaluating clients’ speech and communication needs, developing tailored therapy plans, and working within an interdisciplinary team to support clients in achieving their communication and swallowing goals. You will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for clients through person-centered care.
Qualifications
- - Expertise in Speech Therapy techniques and practices
- - Proficient knowledge of Speech, Communication Disorders, and Language Disorders
- - Skill in developing individualized therapy plans to address language and communication needs
- - Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
- - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- - Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Kentucky
- - Experience in working with adults with developmental and physical challenges is a plus

Pay: From $49.00 per hour
