Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.
- Assist clients efficiently, maintaining detailed records of interactions.
- Manage client accounts through effective communication, ensuring their needs are met promptly and satisfactorily.
- Process transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced call center environment while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high-volume calls efficiently.
- Basic data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform outbound calling when required and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Experience with cash handling
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in dynamic environments dedicated to delivering outstanding client services.
