In support of the IRS M365 Cloud Program Management Office, the Software Developer will support Power Platform development, PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse modeling, scripting, SharePoint customization, and troubleshooting of incidents and provide M365 incident support. This position leads scripting, automation, Power Apps troubleshooting, and app-level debugging, and supports analytics, environment configuration, and documentation.

What does a typical day look like for the Software Developer?
You Will
- Assist with monitoring Dataverse performance, optimizing data models, troubleshooting issues.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Copilot, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate.
- Assist with developing scripts to support OneDrive features.
- Contribute to the following tasks: Ensure all processes, plans, schedules, and written documents are completed timely.
- Provide bi-weekly status reports (schedule, deliverables, risks, mitigations, accomplishments, etc.).
- Provide monthly consolidated status report on overall health of M365 team.
You might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:
- Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
- Extensive working knowledge of SharePoint Online Administration.
- Strong .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Power Platform development; supports P1–P4 incident resolution
- Demonstrated competencies in Software Developer Competency in Power Platform development & automation.
- M365 application troubleshooting.
- Dataverse modeling.
- PowerShell scripting.
- SharePoint customization.
- Cloud identity fundamentals; Documentation & PMO reporting.
- PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate; MS-102 Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate.
