The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director of Animal Nutrition, you will drive the commercial growth of our specialty animal nutrition products across the United States and Canada. You will manage and expand our footprint through distributor networks and direct B2B channels.

- Market Leadership: Serve as the primary face of the brand and our product portfolio within your territory.
- Strategic Growth: Evaluate and refine market entry strategies to maximize reach.
- Business Development: Use an agile, entrepreneurial mindset to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Execution: Create and execute actionable sales plans to hit aggressive growth targets.
- Account Management: Cultivate existing partnerships ("farming") while aggressively converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Value-Based Selling: Promote the sales of high-value, cost-effective solutions tailored to client needs.
- Channel Support: Train and empower distributors to improve their sell-through.
- Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and engage key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Customer Success: Ensure total client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data and provide insights during monthly commercial reviews.
Who You Are
You are a high-energy self-starter with a "hunter" mentality. You are results-oriented and thrive on delivering value-based solutions to your customers.
- Experience: 5–8 years of professional experience (required), specifically within the animal nutrition industry.
- Specie Expertise: Experience in the ruminant sector (Beef/Dairy) is highly preferred.
- Education: A degree in Agribusiness, Animal Science, Biology, Veterinary Science, or International Business.
- Travel: Willingness to be "on the ground" with a travel commitment of at least 50%.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, tenacity, and the ability to pivot your communication style to match your audience.
- Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
