What You’ll Do
- Strategic leadership — Define and execute a global CI strategy aligned with corporate goals, partner with executive leadership to identify high-value transformation opportunities, and establish enterprise-wide CI governance, frameworks, and performance standards.
- Operational excellence — Lead global CI initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies, standardize processes and best practices across regions, and drive measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Change management & culture — Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making, and build organizational capability through training, coaching, and certification programs.
- Performance management — Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track CI progress and ROI, run regular reviews with regional and functional leaders, and benchmark best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Team leadership — Develop regional CI teams and leaders, foster collaboration across geographies and business units, and drive talent development and succession planning.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 10 years in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or transformation leadership, with proven success leading global or multi-site CI programs.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities across all levels of an organization.
- Master’s degree (MBA or related discipline).
- Experience in sustainable manufacturing, supply chain, and/or complex global operations.
- Expertise in digital transformation, automation, or advanced analytics.
- Track record of delivering significant financial and operational impact.
