Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the city’s economic
assets.
Manage digital marketing efforts, including websites, email campaigns, and
social media.
Create promotional materials such as brochures, newsletters, press releases,
and reports.
Collaborate with local businesses and regional partners to showcase success
stories and opportunities.
Maintain branding consistency across all communication platforms.
Plan and execute events such as business expos, job fairs, and stakeholder
meetings.
Coordinate logistics: venue booking, catering, signage, vendor management,
permits, and scheduling.
Work closely with city departments and external vendors to ensure smooth event
execution.
Track attendance, collect feedback, and report on event outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related
field.
Experience in marketing, event planning, or public administration (2–4 years
preferred).
Knowledge of economic development practices and familiarity with the Texas
business landscape.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and graphic design
platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
