Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Field Technician to join our team and deliver exceptional service across various mechanical and appliance systems. Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
- Conduct appliance repairs and ensure proper functioning of HVAC & appliance technology in commercial or residential settings.
- Maintain detailed records of service activities, including inspections, repairs, parts used, and system performance.
- Operate company vehicles safely to reach job sites promptly while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with equipment maintenance routines and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and new technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, refrigeration, air conditioning, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
- Strong customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities.
- Construction experience or familiarity with mechanical systems installation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
