Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinic operations, including scheduling patient appointments and maintaining provider schedules.
- Prepare medical records and documentation for provider review.
- Support provider efficiency by ensuring timely completion of notes and billing documentation.
- Document patient assessments and care accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Communicate abnormal findings and changes in patient condition to appropriate clinical staff.
- Assist with departmental policy development and compliance with billing requirements.
- Support clinical workflow improvements aligned with quality reporting standards.
- Perform clinical tasks within scope of licensure, following safety and infection control protocols.
