What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Estimator position at Terre Hill Concrete Products?
Terre Hill Concrete Products is seeking a multi-talented employee to serve as a Project Estimator and Customer Liaison for our Precast Concrete Division, based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Terre Hill, PA.
Specific job duties will include:
- Preparing and distributing quotes and bid documents for customers and contractors.
- Maintaining in-house database of all open, pending, and potential jobs.
- Reading and interpreting jobsite plans to identify new projects to quote.
- Performing all office/clerical duties, including answering/screening phone calls and emails, organizing/filing paperwork, etc.

- An experienced multi-tasker who thrives in an ever-changing work environment.
- Independent, highly-motivated, and exceptionally organized.
- Outgoing, friendly, personable and professional, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work effectively under a deadline.
- Proficient in Windows-based computing – including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation and vacation package commensurate with experience.
