What You’ll Do
- Run and complete daily mowing routes
- Lead a 2–3 person crew
- Ensure high-quality work (cut height, edging, blow-off, clean finish)
- Keep routes on schedule and efficient
- Train crew and enforce standards safety
- Handle basic client interactions professionally
- Route-running mowing experience (required)
- Crew lead / foreman experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail & quality
- Reliable attendance (non-negotiable)
- Good attitude — team player, no drama
- Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
- 💲$22–$25/hour DOE
- Full-time seasonal (peak hours available)
