The Role
We are seeking a licensed, professional Spray Technician to perform regulated horticultural pesticide applications on residential and commercial properties. This is a mid-level, Full-time salaried position with strong responsibility, autonomy, and professional standards.
What You’ll Do
● Diagnose pests, diseases, and plant health issues
● Apply pesticides and treatments safely and legally
● Follow IPM principles and label requirements
● Maintain accurate, same-day spray records
● Communicate clearly with clients about treatments and aftercare
● Protect people, pets, pollinators, and the environment
Required Credentials
● Idaho Professional Applicator License
● Endorsements: Core, Ornamental Pest Control, Structural Pest Control
