Dishwasher – Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwasher to join our restaurant team. This position is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and maintaining a clean, safe environment for both staff and guests.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish area, kitchen floors, and workstations clean and organized
- Take out trash and follow proper waste disposal procedures
- Assist with basic prep or cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
- Non-slip shoes are required
- Hair net must be worn at all times in the kitchen
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout shift
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Must work well in a fast-paced environment
Attendance Policy
- No call / no show = automatic termination
- Late three (3) times = termination
- Must be committed to consistent attendance and communication
Schedule
- Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Open availability Tuesday–Thursday preferred
- Closed on Mondays
