We’re looking for a caring, dependable, experienced Support Professional to support a bright, fun 21-year-old man at home and in the community. If you love helping others thrive and have experience or training in positive behavioral support, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide full personal care (bathing, feeding tube, transfers)
- Assist with mobility and daily routines
- Use an iPad & basic sign language to support communication
- Go on outings and help him stay active, safe, and engaged
Who You Are:
- Positive, reliable, and patient
- Experienced or trained in positive behavioral support
- Comfortable with hands-on full personal care and learning new skills
- Enjoy being active and out in the community and having new experiences
Details:
- 40 hrs/week, flexible (typically 8–4 Mon–Thu & Sat)
- High school diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
- CNA helpful but not required — we provide training
