We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of Landscape construction projects from handoff to completion. This role is responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and built to the highest quality standards while providing an exceptional experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Landscape construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project schedules from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries.
- Obtain permits and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Monitor project budgets, field costs, and profitability.
- Perform regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
- Resolve project issues, delays, and unforeseen challenges quickly.
- Communicate project progress with homeowners and internal teams.
- Review plans, contracts, change orders, and construction documents.
- Coordinate inspections and ensure successful permit close-outs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and daily progress updates.
- Work closely with designers, estimators, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enforce company quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or equivalent experience preferred.
- 3 years of experience managing residential or commercial landscape construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades.
- Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and inspections.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
