The Hospitality Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA. This role involves oversight of daily guest services operations, ensuring excellent customer experiences and maintaining high service standards. The Hospitality Leader will lead, mentor, and motivate team members, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. The role includes managing schedules, addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and upholding health and safety protocols to align with the values and principles of Terranea Resort.
- Proven experience in hospitality management, customer service, or front-of-house operations.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and coordinate staff effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Organizational proficiency, with the ability to manage schedules, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA, and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or resort environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with hospitality management software and systems is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
