Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with some work-from-home opportunities. As a Recruiter | Transition Consultant, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide consulting on financial services transitions, and facilitate seamless placements. The role also includes relationship building, effective project management, and delivering ongoing support and training to both clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in Consulting and Training to support and advise clients
- Strong understanding of Finance and financial services industry practices
- Effective Project Management skills to oversee the recruitment and transition process
- Proficiency in organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both on-site and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred
