We are seeking Contractor and Performance Assurance professionals with experience in some and/or all of the following areas:
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Apparent Cause Analysis
Root Cause, Apparent Cause, and Common Cause Analysis
Event Investigation
Management/Readiness Assessments
General Corrective Action Management Functions
Contractor Assurance System Program Compliance
Develop iCAS Reporting and Data Analysis
Support the Executive Secretary Review Board and Corrective Action Review Board Functions
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience to the duties listed above.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications:
Previous work experience at the DOE Site.
5-10 years in the above key Performance Assurance Elements and in a highly regulated work environment, such as DOE or DOD.
Experience with Hanford Software Systems.
