Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate/Inventory Specialist at our small clean fill disposal site, you will be a key player in our daily operations, ensuring the efficient and organized management of incoming and outgoing materials.
Responsibilities:
Material & Inventory Management:
- Verify material types and quantities against tickets and work orders, ensuring they meet site acceptance criteria.
- Accurately track and record all incoming and outgoing materials using logs and digital systems.
- Perform regular site inventories and cycle counts of stockpiled materials.
Site Operations & Organization:
- Organize and maintain the storage areas and stockpiles for different material types.
- Direct trucks and equipment to appropriate dumping and loading zones safely.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure only approved, clean fill materials are accepted on-site, reporting any questionable loads to management.
- Help maintain site documentation for environmental and operational compliance.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.86 - $25.89 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
