- Prepare geotechnical proposals, scopes, and cost estimates
- Participate in field explorations including soil borings, cone penetration testing, and instrumentation installation
- Review field and laboratory data and develop geotechnical recommendations
- Perform engineering analyses using industry-standard software tools
- Prepare geotechnical reports, technical memos, and recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients to solve complex engineering challenges
- Support construction-phase services, foundation observations, and instrumentation monitoring
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Participate in professional organizations and industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 0-5 years of geotechnical engineering experience
- EIT/EI certification preferred; PE license welcomed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Willingness to travel occasionally for field assignments and project support
