General Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator serves as the central point of coordination for field staffing, project support and office operations. This role works closely with technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure resources are scheduled efficiently, projects remain organized, and day-to-day office functions run smoothly.
50% Dispatching/Scheduling
30% Project Support
20% Office Administration
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatching of field technicians
- Monitor and adjust schedules to meet client commitments and project deadlines.
- Provide administrative support for projects, including documentation, reporting, and change order tracking.
- Support daily office operations, vendor coordination, purchase orders, computer assistance, and employee onboarding activities.
- Assist regional fleet person with vehicle registration and inspections
- Assist with office events, asset tracking, and compliance-related activities.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience with dispatching / resource scheduling.
- Experience using ERP, project management, or resource planning software.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
