General Responsibilities:
Provides proposal generation support for offices by maintaining collateral and creating customized content to meet project-specific requirements. Looking for a candidate who can start in January 2027.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Read, understand, and respond to project- and client-specific Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposals.
- Write new content and edit resumes, project descriptions, and management plans to support proposal messaging.
- Research and gather information for proposals and presentations, including resumes, forms, and supporting documentation. Format, edit, and rewrite content as necessary to meet project requirements.
- Use Pursuit Project Plans to organize information, deadlines, and action items for office pursuit teams.
- Conduct market research on clients and project pursuits to provide new insights, strengthen team knowledge, and support win strategies.
- Organize and maintain a content library of resumes, project descriptions, photographs, standard narratives, and submitted SOQs/proposals.
- Organize events and trade shows.
- Develop local and regional marketing collateral and assist the communications team with video production and editing as needed.
- Provide data entry for CRM systems and vendor forms.
- Update resumes and project capsules.
- Assist with proofreading, editing, and formatting.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning and report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain quality standards on all projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, plus two years of marketing and communications experience; or, in lieu of a degree, six years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign.
- Strong time management skills.
- Understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
