- Program and test enhancements to ERP applications including, but not limited to modules such as Human Resources, Benefits, Learning Management, Projects, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, EPM, Purchasing, and iProcurement.
- Perform routine maintenance to ERP applications.
- Conduct analysis of current applications to help provide solutions for necessary enhancements and maintenance.
- Create and update documentation that benefits end-users including how-to manuals and other IT personnel including program documentation and IT processes.
- Design and develop applications that utilize Terracon's Software Development Life Process (SDLC).
- Serve as a technical resource for other programmers.
- Develop new applications using Cloud extensions within the existing ERP system.
- Conduct research of new technologies and provide pathways to adoption with system enhancements.
- Conduct research to answer technical questions that arise.
- Develop specifications for project work.
- Develop project estimates.
- Recommend solutions.
- Utilize appropriate project management techniques to ensure that projects are performed within budget and on time.
- Respond quickly to application errors.
- Maintain a high and increasing level of proficiency in software and other technologies supported by the IT Dept.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects.
- Participate in pre-task planning.
- Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain quality standards on all projects.
Required experience must include any amount of experience in each of the following:
- Building and managing Oracle Integration Cloud connections, lookups, adapters and integration flows
- Creating event based triggered integrations for optimal business workflows and system load
- Designing scalable solutions to handle increasing volumes of data from the onset of a new integration
- Evaluating and improving efficiencies in Oracle Integration Cloud integrations
- Oracle models and assisting the design of workflows, custom applications and business processes
- Developing complex orchestrations using transformations, maps, business rules and error-handling frameworks
- Designing and implementing cases for Oracle Subscription Cloud, including Create, Amend, Renew, and Usage-Based Flows
- Writing and optimizing SQL/PL for data validation, enrichment, and transformations
