YOU'LL GET TO:
- Perform Surveys and Collect Data from the Field
- Assist with Stream Evaluations
- Process Collected Information into Useful Formats using AutoCAD, Excel, Word and other Software Programs
- Perform Documented Construction, Stormwater Control Measures and Outfall Inspections
- Perform Engineering Analyses and Calculations
- Assist with Drawings, Permits, and Submissions
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma
- Enrolled in college-level engineering or allied field
- Valid driver's license with acceptable violation history.
- Interest in streams, stormwater, water supply, or wastewater treatment
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks including basic research, data collection, inspections and field observations
- Ability or willingness to learn to work on various software platforms (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GIS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, HydroCAD, HEC-HMS or other Hydrologic and Hydraulic (H&H) programs)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instruction , solve problems, and offer creative and innovative solutions
- Collaborative attitude

- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel and work overtime
