You’ll actively embrace our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care,” ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:Creating a nurturing daily life rhythm for residents.Coordinating assignments with care partners.Holding each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.CompensationWe offer competitive base wages ranging from $30-38/hr depending on experience, along with shift differentials for evening and overnight positions.
