Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Community Manager to work for the HOA team to address homeowner/resident needs at Terrace Townhouses of Annandale (TTA).
Responsibilities
- Assists homeowners with various HOA concerns and/or questions ranging from maintenance, accounting, violations, and other community issues. Conducts research and obtains information to resolve homeowners’ needs.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required. Communicate effectively with our Board of Directors (BOD), homeowners, fellow co-workers, and vendors.
- Schedule, attend, facilitate, and prepare meeting materials for Board of Directors meetings, annual meetings and special meetings.
- Create the annual budget for Board review and approval.
- Obtain and negotiate all vendor contracts (i.e. landscaping, maintenance etc.).
- Ability to review, interpret and ensure compliance with HOA documentation.
- Ability to review, interpret and answer questions on Financial Documents.
- Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets. Utilize general office equipment i.e., telephone, fax, copy machine.
- Ability to multitask and work autonomously within established procedures and practices with limited supervision, set priorities, meet deadlines, work under pressure and adjust to change.
- Supervise the on-site Work Order Process.
- Other tasks as assigned
Experience
Prior HOA experience a plus.
Previous customer related experience required.
High School Diploma
2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CMCA, AMS or PCAM Designation preferred
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
