Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the storage facility, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal inventory control
- Supervise and train staff, providing employee orientation and ongoing development opportunities
- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruiting process to build a strong team
- Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, utilizing effective bookkeeping practices
- Implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure adherence to financial protocols
- Lead merchandising efforts to enhance product visibility and sales potential

Qualifications
- Proven experience in management roles, preferably within retail or storage environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for the company

- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math principles for accurate transactions
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience in cashiering, sales management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives is a plus
