3 p.m.–11 p.m. Nurse Supervisor
Requirements:
- Current Florida RN or LPN license.
- At least one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
- Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing care and staff during the 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift.
- Monitor staffing, assign duties, and address attendance or coverage concerns.
- Make rounds to ensure residents receive quality care and staff follow facility policies.
- Monitor medications, treatments, documentation, and changes in residents’ conditions.
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and direct care as needed.
- Communicate concerns to the Director of Nursing, physicians, and families as appropriate.
- Address resident, family, and staff concerns professionally.
- Complete incident reports and maintain a safe, clean, and calm environment.
