Role Description The Clinical Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Meridian, ID, responsible for overseeing clinical operations for home health and hospice services. This position manages and supervises interdisciplinary clinical teams, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and adherence to agency policies. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating patient care plans, reviewing clinical documentation, monitoring quality metrics, and providing guidance and support to clinicians. The Clinical Director collaborates with medical providers, community partners, and internal leadership to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience. Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in Medicine, with the ability to oversee and support complex home health and hospice care needs.
- Strong background in Clinical Supervision, including managing interdisciplinary teams and supporting clinical decision-making.
- Knowledge of Mental Health and Psychology to address emotional and psychological needs of patients and families.
- Experience in Behavioral Health, including the ability to integrate behavioral considerations into comprehensive care plans.
