Tazza Brands is the leading distributor of hand sanitizer and sanitizer wipes throughout North America. We are currently seeking a Forklift Operator to work at our Joliet, IL location. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently handling all material and product movement within the warehouse. This includes pulling and staging inventory for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining accurate inventory documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Forklift Lead also supports the Warehouse Manager by helping coordinate daily workflow, assisting with inventory control, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Compensation is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move inventory and materials across the facility
- Stack, organize, and secure bulk items efficiently and safely.
- Pull and stage inventory to prepare for outbound shipments based on orders and schedules.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, verifying counts and condition of materials.
- Update and maintain inventory activity, logs, and related documentation daily.
- Identify, document, and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials or products and request replacements when needed.
- Conduct daily forklift safety inspections and report maintenance or safety issues.
- Support warehouse organization by maintaining clean aisles, storage areas, and workstations.
- Assist the Warehouse Manager with coordinating warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to warehouse operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Submit daily inventory reports and logs at the end of each shift.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

- Current forklift license and certification (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts or other heavy equipment.
- Working knowledge of inventory systems and warehouse operations.
