Candidates with a CVPM or other veterinary management certification are strongly preferred, and we’re specifically seeking individuals with solid, hands-on experience in practice leadership.If you’re passionate about people, pets, and operational excellence, this is a place where you can make a meaningful impact.What You’ll DoLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing support team built on trust, communication, and continuous improvement.Partner with our Learning & Development team to drive training initiatives and support a consistent, exceptional client experience.Work closely with our Medical Director to maintain high-quality medical care, optimize schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations.Oversee facility management, purchasing, inventory, and compliance with all employment laws and hospital policies.Develop and manage budgets, track revenue, and analyze KPIs to guide strategic decision-making and long-term growth.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of veterinary management experience — required.CVPM certification or other veterinary practice management credentials — highly preferred.Experience as an LVT, RVT, or in veterinary marketing is a bonus.SHRM-CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced education is also a plus.Proven leadership skills with strengths in communication, coaching, and conflict resolution.Ability to make thoughtful, decisive decisions and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000–$100,000/yearWe offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, robust medical, dental, and vision coverage (with multiple tiered options), FSA/HSA/HRA choices, and a competitive 401(k) match.
