Join Terra Transitional Solutions as a Production Associate and help produce innovative agricultural biological products that improve soil health and support sustainable farming. This hands-on position is ideal for dependable, self-motivated individuals who enjoy physical work, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in producing a quality product.
Pay: $18.00–$30.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Full-Time | Located just outside Orange City, IA
Responsibilities
- Produce agricultural biological products by accurately weighing and mixing ingredients according to production formulas.
- Operate production scales, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks safely.
- Fill jugs and totes, label finished products, and maintain accurate production records.
- Wash, clean, organize, and prepare totes for production.
- Verify, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production facility.
- Follow all production procedures and safety standards.
- Work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- Assist with additional production and warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, agricultural, or related experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred (training available for the right candidate).
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Dependable, self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to learn and follow production procedures.
- Available to work some Saturdays. Typical schedule provides Sunday and Monday off, with flexibility depending on production needs.
