Job Task Overview
- Safety transport goods in commercial vehicles to and from job sites
- Able to load and unload cargo and landscape equipment
- Ensure proper securement of cargo to prevent damage during transit
- Maintain a clean and safe driving record in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while on the road
- Communicate effectively with project managers, crew leads, and vendors
- Handle paperwork related to deliveries and shipments accurately and promptly
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety concerns to shop manager/mechanics
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- A valid Class A Commercial Drivers License
- Ability to perform physical labor on a daily basis and lift 50lbs
- Proven experience as a CDL driver
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Has experience using landscape construction equipment (preferred)
- Has a work authorization to work in the United States
