This dual-function position blends administrative excellence with strategic support for sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, executive support, client coordination, and marketing campaign execution.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Operations
- Manage day-to-day office functions and vendor relationships
- Support executives with calendar management, travel, and communications
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with research projects
Sales & Client Support
- Assist with quotes, proposals, CRM updates, and sales reporting
- Coordinate client meetings, demos, and follow-ups
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for key clients
Marketing & Communications
- Support campaign execution and content scheduling
- Coordinate production of marketing materials and event logistics
- Track basic marketing metrics and maintain digital platforms
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration and sales/marketing support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
