Terra Constructs has an opportunity for a Part-Time Accounting Clerk, where your attention to detail and passion for numbers will help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
Key Duties:
Data Entry - Accurately enters data into the Accounting System.
Accounts Payable - Processes invoices, issues payments, travel expenses, handles billing.
Reconciliation - Balances bank statement and credit card charges.
Reporting - Assists in the preparation of financial reports.
Filing and Organization - Maintains orderly physical and electronic financial records.
Administrative Support - Handles general office tasks such as scanning, copying and document processing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
High School diploma, some college or business school training desirable.
Excellent computer skills, utilizing Microsoft office and spreadsheet applications.
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of basic Accounting principles desirable.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
