What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Transfer position at TERRA OILFIELD SERVICES LLC?
• Installing and removing poly transfer lines, laying flat hoses, transfer pumps, and other essential equipment for water transfer operations.
• Loading and unloading field materials and equipment onto trailers and trucks for transportation.
• Monitoring and managing machine operations and gauges, adjusting controls as needed to maintain specified conditions.
• Installing, maintaining and removing pumps and generators at job sites.
• Diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, coordinating with team members and supervisors to ensure optimal results with minimal downtime and disruptions to operations.
• Following all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with company, customer and industry standards and regulations. Using appropriate PPE as required for each specific job task.
• Assisting in spill containment and cleanup.
• Completing regular inspections of water transfer systems to ensure ideal performance, identifying and addressing any potential issues that may need to be reported to management.
• Maintaining accurate records on equipment usage, maintenance activities, and relevant operational data.
• Attending and successfully completing any required training as directed for DOT, OSHA, and safety requirements. Taking part in ongoing training requirements and staying current on industry best practices.
• Coordinating with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless procedures and communication across all aspects of water transfer operations.
• Operating common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Driving company trucks and trailers to transport equipment, personnel, and perform job tasks.

• One year of water transfer experience and/or equivalent training.
• Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Must be detail oriented, take instruction and thrive in a team environment.
• Be able to safely operate a skid steer/sky track forklift.
• Must be able to comprehend and do basic math functions, such as multiplication and division
• Must have valid driver’s license, clean MVR and pass a background, drug and alcohol screening
